1. Affiliate Program Overview

Affiliates are responsible for ensuring their content complies with all applicable laws and is appropriate for an adult audience. Affiliates and linking partners must adhere to the following rules at all times. Failure to comply may result in immediate revocation of linking permission and removal requests:

  • No linking from websites whose audience includes or targets minors under 18
  • No use on websites that promote illegal activity or content harmful to minors
  • No automated traffic, bots, click farms, or incentivized clicks
  • No use in spam emails, unsolicited messages, or mass promotional campaigns
  • No framing, iframing, or embedding of ICQChat.org within third-party pages
  • No misrepresentation of your relationship with ICQChat.org or C3 Media Marketing, LLC

4. No Endorsement or Control

Linking to ICQChat.org does not create a partnership, endorsement, sponsorship, or agency relationship of any kind. We do not control third-party websites and are not responsible for external content, representations, or the accuracy of any claims made about ICQChat.org on third-party sites.

Any affiliate or linking partner that misrepresents their relationship with ICQChat.org or C3 Media Marketing, LLC will have their permission to link immediately revoked.

5. Right to Revoke Permission

We reserve the right to request removal of links or revoke affiliate permission at any time and for any reason, including but not limited to violations of these linking rules, concerns about the nature or content of the linking website, or changes to our affiliate program policies. Revocation requests must be honored promptly upon notice.
